1. Introduction

Right to Heal Foundation, in collaboration with the Thane and Palghar District Health Departments, is implementing a community‑focused initiative to support Tuberculosis (TB) patients with essential nutritional assistance. Proper nutrition is a critical component of TB treatment, directly influencing recovery, immunity, and treatment adherence.

2. The Need

Malnutrition is one of the leading causes of delayed recovery among TB patients. Many beneficiaries come from economically vulnerable backgrounds where access to balanced nutrition is limited.

To address this gap, we provide a Monthly Nutrition Food Basket, which includes grains, pulses, eggs, oil, and other essential items. Cost per patient : ₹650/- for one month and Rs.3900/- for six months
